The NVIDIA H200 141GB is the direct successor of the H100 80GB and is based on the GH-100 processor in 5nm manufacturing with 16.896 CUDA cores, fourth-generation Tensor cores and 141 GB HBM3e memory with data transfer rates of 4.8 TB/s.
